WELCOME

Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with us! Please review the below information prior to booking your appointment. By booking, you are agreeing to adhere to these policies. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

We ask that you please detangle your hair prior to your appointment. This is extremely important in managing your appointment time. Additional time spent detangling will result in an upcharge.

Please note that all services have a standard duration time assigned. If additional time is required due to hair length, density, or detangling, an extra fee may be applied. This fee will be based on the additional time needed to complete the service and will be discussed with you prior to the start of your appointment.

Please remove braids, twists, extensions, etc., prior to your appointment unless a removal was scheduled. You may be asked to reschedule, or a fee will be charged for the removal of the above.

If receiving a color service, please make sure your hair is free of products and stretched out before service. Please call the salon if you need clarity or have questions.

Hair reversion, returning to its natural state, is a natural process and varies for each individual. Please discuss any concerns with your stylist prior to treatment for clarity and optimal results.

If you would like to add additional services, please call the salon prior to your appointment so that we can schedule appropriately. Adding additional services is completely up to your stylist. Typing additional service requests in notes when booking your appointment does not mean that service requests will be honored. 

PAYMENT

We ask that you use electronic forms of payment such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. Credit/Debit cards are also recommended.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

​We are excited to care for you and your hair. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review our updated appointment policy:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Clients who have paid a deposit and cancel with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund of their deposit.

  • A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to the card on file.

  • After one no-show, future appointments will be accepted at the discretion of your stylist.

  • A valid card is required to book an appointment. While your card will be securely stored, it will not be visible to us.

  • A redo of services may be offered on a case-by-case basis.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

Due to limited seating and customer experience, we kindly request that you refrain from the following:

 

Additional Guests

Please do not bring additional guests if they are not receiving a service. Seating is limited, and we want to accommodate scheduled clients. Parents are allowed to accompany their children but must sit in the waiting area.

Excessive Noise

When using electronic devices with audio, please use headphones.
